Summer Weightlifting Course
Athletes will be introduced to Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting. This is a 6 week beginner’s program that allows athletes to learn proper form for all lifts, as well as how to properly increase load for optimal strength gain.

Classes start June 19th and are capped at 12 athletes, so REGISTER SOON!
There will be two groups of athletes taking the class at different times throughout the week.
Group 1: Tuesday, Thursday 9:30-10:30
Group 2: Wednesday, Friday 3:30-4:30
No make-up classes
