Summer Athlete CrossFit
Athletes will be introduced to the sport of Crossfit in this 6 week program.
This class has a mix of Strength work, gymnastics and speed/agility work, and it is designed to improve the overall fitness of athletes.

Classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30AM to 10:30AM.
